The lounge has a large TV and a selection of designer sofas and comfy chairs. The electric blinds are complimented by the warm glow of candlelight and subdued lighting. Perfect for cosying up with a loved one for a movie, poetry, music or simply to take in the silence and tranquility that Villa Serenity instills to all that enter. A perfect family villa and ideal for celebrations and get-to-gethers.

This splendid villa hosts 4 comfortable matrimonial beds, 1 double sofa bed, 2 single beds. Spaciously spread over 3 three levels. Designed for optimal privacy and enjoyment. Located very conveniently to the shores of Lake Maggiore, lots of local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars etc. A perfect destination for large groups, families or couples who wish for a little bit of extra special amidst the wonders of nature and the magic of the lake! The Private road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a curved driveway. There is space enough for three cars. Villa Serenity sits amidst wonderful mature gardens and offers complete privacy.

A dedicated Property manager will meet you on site and assist you to create the perfect vacation. From confirmed reservation CLV offers a private itinerary planning service. Guests will be welcomed by the Property Manager and will have a complete tour of the villa so as to feel at home from the moment they arrive. The neighborhood

This splendid villa is located in Besozzo only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful Lago Maggiore shores in the Lombardy region, just north of the Borromeo Islands.
The town center is a short drive away while Laveno (8 km) is a 10 minute drive away where you can find many more shops, restaurants and stunning views of the lake. Laveno offers a speedy car ferry to enable exploring the Piemonte region.

Getting around

Convenient to Milan, international airports (Malpensa 28km), fast trains and the car ferry port.
