Villa Ottagonale hosts a neoclassical structure. Large french windows open onto the flower-covered patio illuminated by iron lamps. The villa has been carefully furnished with grace and romanticism, The veranda hosts a fabulous dining area, sweetly camouflaged by nature. The living room offers both simplicity and grandeur of the Renaissance era. Internally hosting x 2 spacious double bedrooms, x 2 elegant bathrooms, grand frescoes, a warming fireplace and sweeping views.

Villa Padiglione hosts a grand hall, frescoed with the colors of summer,set between magnificent french windows and hosting a very charming patio. This x 2 bedroom and x 2 bathroom villa has been lovingly designed, it hosts sloping ceilings, a large library, and a cozy and welcoming crackling fire for cooler seasonal visits. An elegant refuge to enjoy the spectacle of the fruit trees, flowers and statues that envelop the house with love and affection.

On arrival La Foleia immediately evokes a sense of serenity and intimacy. These twin villas are nestled in an exquisite setting within private grounds. The villas rest opposite one another among lush greenery. An oasis of beauty and charm hosting a shimmering lake, surrounded by colorful plants, shrubs, trees and birdsong. A haven of inspiration offering discerning guests, couples or newly weds something totally special.

Parking available on premises. Both Villas have an independent entrance that allows you to arrive in front of the Villa's entrance by car.

The neighborhood

Located within the beautiful natural area of Veruno, province of Novara in the Piemonte region in Lake Maggiore, a 20 minute walk away from the town center, while the quaint town of Arona (9 km) is a mere 13 minute drive. Artisan shops, delicious restaurants and stunning views are within easy reach.

Getting around

Busto Arsizio Nord is 37 km from the villa, while Monastero di Torba is 39 km away. Milan Malpensa Airport is 23 km from the property.
