Guest access

The Private road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a curved driveway which takes you to the front of the villa. There is space enough for three cars. Green Hill Property sits amidst wonderful mature gardens.

A dedicated Property manager will meet you on site and assist you to create the perfect vacation. From confirmed reservation CLV offers a private itinerary planning service. Guests will be welcomed by the Property Manager and will have a complete tour of the villa so as to feel at home from the moment they arrive. The neighborhood

This splendid villa is located in Besozzo only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful Lago Maggiore shores in the Lombardy region, just north of the Borromeo Islands.

The town center is a short drive away while Laveno (8 km) is a 10 minute drive away where you can find many more shops, restaurants and stunning views of the lake. Laveno offers a speedy car ferry to enable exploring the Piemonte region.

Getting around

Convenient to Milan, international airports (Malpensa 28km), fast trains and the car ferry port.
