The space

The Villa is spread over three floors.
The main floor is characterized by large full-height arched windows overlooking the park and very high ceilings that give air and light to the six connected rooms, used as a living room (equipped with smart TV), dining room, library, game room, music area and work area.
The original Bluthner Leipzig grand piano and working marble fireplaces increase the villa's historical charm, particularly in the winter.
Also available on the floor are a fully equipped kitchen with a large adjacent work room and two elegant bathrooms for guests.

A majestic wooden staircase leads to the second floor in a spacious and bright 100sqm living room from which you can admire views of the lake and the Borromean Islands.
From here, access to the 5 double bedrooms equipped with a private bathroom, each unique in shapes and details, but all united by the elegance of the furnishings and comfort.
To increase the well-being of guests, the new wellness area with emotional and bio-sauna shower.

Through a harmonious spiral staircase you reach the attic floor under recent renovation, where there is a large triple room with adjacent private bathroom and a brand new cinema area just set up.

Guests will have access to the rooms used in the villa, the centuries-old park where there is an infinity pool and an attendant/caretaker will always be present on the property.

Villa Frua is located in Stresa, in the enchanting scenery of Lake Maggiore with its beautiful attractions: the Palazzi dell 'Isola Bella, and Isola Madre, the picturesque village of Isola Pescatori, the elegant lakefront overlooking the historic Belle Epoque-style hotels, the characteristic historic center.

the villa is equipped with a private parking lot adjacent to the entrance gate. Guests will have access to the rooms used in the villa, the centuries-old park where there is an infinity pool and an attendant/caretaker will always be present on the property.

Also available to guests is a brand new Hot Tub hot tub, just installed, set in the most intimate and secluded context of the garden, surrounded by aromatic plants and vines.

Finally, in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape, located towards the north side of the Villa, the structure of the panoramic greenhouse, also called "lemonia" for the many plants of native lemons that it houses and that inebriate the air with their sparkling scent. This elegant 180sqm iron structure, completely transparent, presents itself to guests as an ideal place for dinners and events, immersed in nature and overlooked by an enchanting starry sky reproduced by myriads of lights suspended on the ceiling.
